CoD WW II, the CoD we want and need?

I'm not going to lie to you, I never bought CoD Infinite Warfare. I didn't like the trailers and the gameplay seemed more of the futuristic stuff I wasn't looking for. But good news for all the CoD fans that want to go back to World War II, because the next CoD game takes place in WW II and in the trailer that launched yesterday you could see some really cool things. So is this CoD going to be amazing? I hope so!

CoD WW II, so the fans are happy?

 Well some are happy, others are still a bunch a whiny assholes eventhough I suspect that a lot of negative comments come from haters and trolls so that doesn't even matter. I think a lot of fans can be happy with this new CoD game because you go back to WW II and you get some amazing moments in the campaign, something I always liked about CoD games. But things don't stop there, you of course get multiplayer and this time without the futuristic crap but just grunts on the ground dashing it out and you get Zombies! So I think a lot of people will be happy with this, those that aren't happy are now most likely in the minority!

What does this mean for CoD players?

 It means you're back to using the same old tricks that people have been using in the futurisitc CoD games as well. So the campers and drop shot players are going to have a great time while people that would be depending on wall running and double or elevated jumps will have to adjust to the 'old' gameplay. But let's not forget that a lot of fans asked for this and looking at the popularity of Black Ops 2, what's funny is that this game started with using some futuristic tech but still has the same basic controls as your standard CoD game, then you can say that CoD WW II is the CoD game we want and most likely the one we need. I can say that I'm looking forward to playing it and I can't wait for the multiplayer reveal, that will be interesting because we all want to see how that works now.

Zombies in the new CoD game?

 Yep, good old fashioned zombies and not the the weird type that had the exo skeleton for boost jumps which was really annoying in my opinion. Now you get some regular and popular Nazi zombies and I think a lot of fans are happy about that, because let's be honest what kind of zombie do you prefer to kill? That's right a Nazi zombie! That's like hitting two bad things with the same bullet! How this is going to work still remains to be seen but I can definitely see a D-Day map in zombie mode, that would be awesome! I really can't wait to learn more!

Button bashing

It seems that more and more games want you to smash on the buttons of the controller, which seems like fun but knowing that this weak piece of plastic can´t handle much it´s not the smartest way to handle your controller. In the good old arcade days I could smash on buttons, ok nothing too crazy but at least those machines had a lot more resilience than these weak controllers we have now. You have to pay a small fortune for one of them and they fall apart with the slightest bit of force you use. After smashing a couple of controllers out of frustration I learned to be careful with them, but when games force you to be an agressive button basher it doesn´t really help. Button bashing is nothing new but I do seem to see it in more and more games, even games that could easily do without this abusive way of treating your controller. Sinful Sunday: Why are you so serious?

When I play a game I don't want to be serious, I just want to have fun and relax. Honestly real life is serious enough and I don't need that in games. Who cares who wins or who loses, just have fun and that already makes it great! Unfortunately there are gamers that take certain games way too serious, so serious that they literally forget to have fun which is quite frustrating to deal with. These kind of players are so serious that they probably left the fun behind when they started the game. Sigh... Serious gamers are lame gamers? There is nothing wrong about being serious, but I think there is a time and a place for everything. Mortal Kombat X isn´t just another fighting game?

You´ve probably seen the announce trailer of Mortal Kombat X, then you probably also know that it shows two familiar characters fighting against eachother. At that point you´re probably still thinking that it´s just more of the same but with a better coat of paint, I understand that pessimist look and it´s not often wrong. But from what I´ve heard about Mortal Kombat X is that it´s going to be more than just a new game in the Mortal Kombat game series. What´s new? Apparently there will be more fighting styles for one character, giving everyone his or her own favourite style to use against opponents. There was something familiar in another Mortal Kombat game where they also had weapons in a fighting style, but this seems to go a bit deeper and more unique. Of course these are just words at this point, nothing has been proven just yet!
