Tomb Raider Blood Ties dlc, zombies?
In case you have forgotten about Rise of the Tomb Raider, probably not if you're playing on a Playstation 4 because the game is about to come out on this console soon, there is new dlc coming out. The dlc is called Blood Ties and takes place in Croft Manor, but instead of just diving into old memories of Lara you learn some secret about the place and then suddenly zombies show up. Ok that sounds lame but that's pretty much how it goes in the trailer.
Is this dlc a dream or something like that?
It is a bit vague, in the trailer there are moments where Lara is seeing ghosts or probably memories of people in Croft Manor. There is definitely a spooky vibe to this dlc and seeing zombies show up makes things even more creepy. But I don't know what to think of this, if this is actually something real or just imagination. Running around in old tombes, digging up artifacts and getting shot at a lot does weigh heavy on the mind apparently, so maybe this is just all in Lara's head? But that doesn't make it a bad thing and if it is happening for real then it's even better! I'm at least excited about this dlc and I can't wait to try it out!
This is the anniversary dlc?
Yes, I think it's the twenty year anniversary. Which means maybe a lot of trips down memory lane if you look at things in Croft Manor, things Lara has collected in other games or maybe people she has met. These people, wether they're alive or not, could be the ghosts or memories that Lara sees and hears while she walks through Croft Manor in the dark. It would be an excellent adventure for all the fans that have played all the games and look back at all they have done in the other games. Unfortunately I'm not certain about that though, but it wouldn't surprise me if they add some hints towards earlier Tomb Raider games. But it's good to be back in Croft Manor, but instead of having criminals attack the place in the middle of the night you now have to deal with zombies. Well that's worse but for the player this could be more fun, let's just hope you don't have to shoot them in the head to kill them because my accuracy is terrible!
