Vote to kick is a stupid system?

Yesterday I was playing some Rainbow Six Siege multiplayer, I was in a team of random players and we were attacking. Within thirty seconds the guy playing as Glaz (sniper) shot me in the back of the head which instantly killed me, nothing new you might think but the weird part is that when I wanted to vote to kick him the entire team voted me out. It's such a delight to play with random people, it really is!

Maybe it was an accident?

Well the guy that shot me also killed a team mate in the round before and when he shot me he was clearly aiming for me (I watched the kill cam) and I was climbing on a wall so there were no enemies to shoot. There was no way that it was an accident, so yeah he did that on purpose and it's nothing new in Rainbow Six Siege. You then expect some use of the voting system because the auto kick (Ubisoft claims to have an auto kick system that will kick players from a team when they kill team mates on purpose) didn't work (no surprise there).

Why is the voting system stupid?

It's stupid because it can work against you, let's say you play in a team and three of the people in the team are friends of eachother and they decide to be assholes and kill the other two people on their team. If you want to vote to kick then you never get the majority, what's worse is that they do have the majority of the votes and that will often result in you being kicked from the game. Maybe in a perfect world a vote to kick system would work, but since we live in a world that is full with pathetic piece of shit individuals there's a good chance that vote to kick doesn't work. What's worse is that it even works against you.

So what should you get instead of vote to kick?

I think that there should be a system where people that got shot by a team mate can decide the fate of the person who shot them, maybe it was an accident and someone can find out in the kill cam. For example you might have just moved into someones bullets when they were shooting someone or someone shot you by accident if you startled them. Someone could apologize and tell you it was an accident with his or her mic, so hopefully that will keep people from being the bitter dead guy on the team. Because it's of course lame if you get kicked for an honest mistake, but it's even worse when team killers get away with their stupid behaviour and even have the power to kick you from the team as a bonus. It ruins games and at that point you really have to ask yourself if this is a game you still want to play.
