The end of Summer

This is my favourite time of the year, we're done with Summer and now in Autumn we get a lot of new games! So this also means it's the end of my Summer game tip posts. Hopefully you found some fun games to help you through Summer and maybe some of them will even be fun to play next year. I know for certain that some games are always fun to play, so it's not a bad thing to hold on to certain games even if you don't feel like playing them right now.

This is the best time of the year?

Well I think it is. Mostly because I like this time of the year so much, I like the rain and all the colours on the trees. But as a gamer I also love this time of the year because there are a lot of cool releases in Autumn. Just think of all the big titles that launch between September and December. So as a gamer you have a lot to look forward to and a lot of games you can play. It's just the trick to find the ones actually worth buying since most of us can't buy them all. When it's raining outside or it's getting colder it's also more fun to stay inside. When it's hot it can be tough to sit inside unless you've got some ways to stay cool inside. But when it gets colder it's just so much better to stay inside and play games for as long as you can. Of course school and work also starts, maybe for some it went on in Summer also, again at the end of Summer so that's a bit of a bummer but I guess all good things come with some bad things. I guess you do learn to appreciate the time you have left for playing games more, considering you're busy with school and/or work.

Games you should be looking out for?

I've already spotted some games I'm interested in but I don't know if I'll buy them all. Some games I think that are worth checking out: Assassin's Creed Origins, WWE 2K18, CoD WW 2, The Sims 4 (for console), Far Cry 5, Cuphead, the Evil Within 2 and Star Wars Battlefront 2. Not all of these games might launch this year, I think Far Cry 5 is already confirmed for 2018, but these are all games that look like a lot of fun to play. If they're really that much fun to play remains to be seen but I've got a good feeling about at least some of them. Hopefully they'll make of 2017 and unforgettable and fun year of gaming. So far I've already had a blast and despite some bad buys I must admit that 2017 is a really good year for gaming (for me at least). I'm still hoping for some more announces and even if these new games don't all become available in 2017 then I hope that 2018 will be even better. But before we go to the next year we still have several months of fun games ahead and I can't wait to play those games!
