Summer game tip: Injustice 2

I know that not everyone likes fighting games, I can tell you that I'm not a big fan of fighting games, but Injustice 2 is really good and you don't have to play against other people if you don't want to. Which gives you a fun fighting game which is easy to learn and a bit of a challenge to master. I like jumping into this game every now and then which is really fun and with the constant addition of new characters, you do have to pay for these dlc characters, you have something new to look forward to every month!

This fighting game is fun?

I'm not going to lie to you, I hate fighting games! Competitive games always bring out the worst in me and I just get so frustrated by certain things in these type of games. But Injustice 2 doesn't have to be super competitive or frustrating. You can play it against computer controlled opponents and you can put them on whatever difficulty fits you best. You can play the story mode, which is really good and fun, or just jump into some one on one fights. If you're looking for more of a challenge there is also the multiverse where you can fight against tougher enemies and with certain effects during the match, for example the opponents have a shield so they take less damage or there are rockets being fired at you constantly during the match, it can be quite a challenge. You can unlock new gear, which often gives you characters a new look, and improve the stats of your character with this new gear.

Play how you want to play?

You can play against other people online, play against your friends in private matches, play offline with a friend or go against computer controlled opponents. Whatever you prefer you can do and there is a lot to do in Injustice 2. The multiverse keeps changing, as in new worlds and challenges are available every day, so you don't have to get bored with that. You can focus on one or two characters or just pick whatever character you want for a fight. Even if you're not good at fighting games, like me, you can still have great time. You can change the difficulty for most matches, even in story mode, so the game doesn't have to be frustrating for you. With now more than thirty playable characters you have a lot to work with and to try out in fights. Each character has his or her own moves. Some might be similar but most characters have a unique fighting style. For example Green Arrow uses his bow in his fights, Wonder Woman has a sword and shield plus her lasso and bracers, Batman has his gadgets and Poison Ivy can use plants in her fights. If you're new to fighting games this game is good for you and if you're a veteran in fighting games then this game is still good for you.

Why is this game so much fun?

Because there is so much to do and there are so many options with all the characters you have. If you like DC characters then this is the game for you, especially if you like a darker and more twisted universe with these characters. Here Superman isn't a nice guy and several other heroes join him in an evil regime. The fighting style of all the characters is quite different from one another and the super moves are great! Then you can collect new gear, which you earn by playing matches, completing challenges or opening mother boxes (a type of loot box). You can change the look of your characters completely with new gear, shaders or even change them completely with a premier skin. Captain Cold can become Mister Freeze, Cheetah can become Vixen and the Flash can be become Reverse Flash or Jay Garrick. What makes this game so much fun? The options, the choices and unlocking new things. But just beating up some DC characters with other DC characters is already a lot of fun! Injustice 2 is a great game to play every now and then and can definitely help you through some of the boring days of Summer!
