Injustice 2 premier skin ideas (something I would like to see)
There is only room for that many character in Injustice 2 and as far as I know it all the dlc characters are already decided. But premier skins, meaning you get a different look and voice for a character that is already in the game, give the option to get certain characters in the game. Here are some of the characters I would like to see in Injustice 2 as a premier skin.
Thomas Wayne/Batman.
If you've seen the Flashpoint animated movie then you know what I mean, a Batman that doesn't take prisoners and actually kills his enemies. What's interesting is that he wields two guns in the animated movie, which means he could be a premier skin for Red Hood who also wields two guns. Not only is Thomas Wayne a really cool looking character he could be the Batman that really shows no mercy and gives you some more brutal finishers. Of course you can also make Thomas Wayne a premier skin for Batman, but then he wouldn't have his guns.
Martha Wayne/The Joker.
If you put Thomas Wayne into the game then it would be great to also put Martha Wayne into the game, in Flashpoint she became the Joker. It would be obvious to make Martha Wayne a premier skin for the Joker but I think she would work well as a premier skin for Harley Quinn as well. Unfortunately you don't see Martha Wayne in the animated movie, Flashpoint, for long, just in a flashback. But I think it would be awesome to have her in the game! A female Joker that might be even crazier? Sure!
Nightwing/Deadwing.
In the Injustice universe Nightwing is dead, killed by Damian Wayne (an accident by the looks of it). But I wouldn't mind seeing a premier skin of Nightwing or what might be even more interesting as Deadwing. He later takes over the mantle of Deadman and calls himself Deadwing in the Injustice comics. So I don't know how that would exactly work in the game but maybe he could be a premier skin for Robin, eventhough Nightwing (Dick Grayson) doesn't use a sword. I would love to see Nightwing or Deadwing in the game, especially to see the reactions of the other Titans, especially Starfire.
Raven.
I know that Raven is already in the first Injustice game, so is Nightwing, but that doesn't mean that I wouldn't want to see her return in Injustice 2. I know that she turned evil, she became an acolyte of Trigon, but I would really want to see her return in the game. I think she would be a good premier skin for Doctor Fate, eventhough he uses different magic with some slighter alterations it might just fit and people can enjoy seeing another Titan join the game. I would really like to see Raven react to the other Titans. Maybe there is hope for her yet...
Beast Boy.
A lot of people want Beast Boy in the game and I don't blame them, he's a very popular character and with several Titans already being in the game it just feels weird not having him there. But he's assumed to be dead, at least in the Starfire multiverse ending she thinks he's dead, so maybe that's the way of the developers saying that he's not going to be in the game. I also don't know for who he would be the premier skin. Maybe for Gorilla Grodd if he would only turn into a Gorilla, but that would be a lame representation of Beast Boy considering he could turn into any animal he wants. So maybe Beast Boy is a better dlc character than a premier skin, but I would still love to see him show up in the game!
These are just some ideas, characters I would like to see appear in the game. I don't know if it will happen, probably not, but as a gamer and a fan of the characters it's nice to have positive thoughts about this. Who knows, what doesn't fit in Injustice 2 might find a way into Injustice 3.
