CoD Advanced Warfare: Survival Exo
This must have been a surprise if you expected zombies, in a way I didn´t think that there would be zombies since that´s the thing of Treyarch. So the reveal trailer showed that you now have to survive against endless waves of enemies with up to three other players with you in exo survival.
What does this mean? If you´ve played Modern Warfare 3 you´re probably familiar with the survival mode, so this is kind of the same but then more action packed and of course with your exo abilities. Once again you can play solo if you want to, but you can also play splitscreen with a friend or online with three other players. So whatever your style is you can play it, which is nice because it sucks if you can´t play games with your friends.
But why are some people disappointed with this? I guess they expected something ridiculous, something like zombies or the creatures from CoD Ghosts. I actually liked the idea where you would face killer robots, maybe not completely like the Terminator but something similar. I would´ve loved to play that, but maybe there is still a chance that this can happen!
How do you mean? Extinction was announced only a week before the launch of the game and squad mode was shown as the co-op part of the game. So at first people thought that squad mode was the special part of the game, well it seems Infinity Ward fooled everyone and then just before launch showed that there is a special mode with strange creatures. Hopefully this means that Sledgehammer also has something extra in store for us, of course there is no guarantee but it might be possible to get those killer robots after all!
Getting back to survival exo, you can use your exo abilities but your enemies will have these as well. Also you can pick from three classes: heavy, light and special. This means you can play different roles in a team and help your team to stay alive for as long as possible. The trailer did show that it will get brutal! I hope you can bring your multiplayer customizable character into this mode, because if you put it in for multiplayer it just seems weird why you wouldn´t put it in for survival exo. Anyway just a bit more than a month to go and the game launches!
