When you live in Europe I'd say that most people will learn more than one language, it makes sense when you live in a part of the world where almost every country has their own language. But what about your native language? Do you speak that language or do you prefer to stick to another language? There's nothing wrong with my native language? I don't mind speaking Dutch or typing in Dutch, the problem is that you reach a lot less people in your native language when your native language is pretty rare in the world. I'd say I would have more succes in French than in Dutch, so why would I speak Dutch in my videos or type in Dutch on my blog? Sure it's easier and I definitely don't hate speaking or typing in Dutch, but when only a handful of people in the world can actually understand what you're talking about it becomes a lot less interesting to use your native language. A trend in Overwatch is that some people will pick certain characters, often characters they're not good with or that are just not helping the team, and will pretty much make certain that you lose the match. This doesn't happen every now and then, there are evenings where I can't get one good match where my team actually made an effort to win or play the objective for that matter. What happened? People change? When Overwatch just came out it was a fun game, I'm not saying that there weren't toxic players but a lot of matches went pretty smooth. But nothing good lasts long in the world of games, people move on or those that keep playing the game become sometimes more toxic because of all the shit they've been through. Others get bored with the game and decide to entertain themselves by being a douchebag to others. I think a lot of YouTubers start with making and posting videos just for fun, but if you become pretty succesful then it's tempting to try and make a living out of that hobby. Why wouldn't you? I think most people can only dream of doing something they like to do and earn money with that. Unfortunately most people don't succeed with that, I guess there is just too much competition and some of the big channels usually get most of the attention and that leaves a lot of other channels in the shadows of these big channels. I'm not going to lie to you, I never bought CoD Infinite Warfare. I didn't like the trailers and the gameplay seemed more of the futuristic stuff I wasn't looking for. But good news for all the CoD fans that want to go back to World War II, because the next CoD game takes place in WW II and in the trailer that launched yesterday you could see some really cool things. Have you ever gone out of your way to get a certain achievement or trophy? I'm not proud to admit it but I've done some dumb things, but at the time it really felt like it was worth it. Now years later I can't help but think I was a moron for putting so much time into getting one achievement. It really raises the question, is it worth it? Why do you put so much time in getting an achievement or trophy? Because some people like getting achievements and/or trophies, so it makes sense that some people try to collect all of them in one game. To me achievements give me a good feeling, like you accomplished something and considering I don't lead an exciting life it really feels good when you have that feeling. The more difficult it is to earn a certain achievement or trophy, the more accomplished it feels to earn it. From personal experience I can say that you can definitely beat it on expert, legendary is also possible but that will require excellent team work and when you have a team of randoms without communication then that becomes a lot harder! But it's not impossible! Here are some tips that might help you. 1 Reinhardt is the key to victory. A lot of people think that Mercy is the most important hero in the group and I don't say she's not, but it's a good Reinhardt that often makes the difference between winning and losing. I'm always a bit cautious when it comes to long movies and also movies that pretty much focus on one character. This either means it's going to be a great movie or a boring movie. After seeing the movie I can say that it's a great movie! Mostly thanks to Matt Damon stealing the show with humour and a bit of drama, which is something I didn't expect from someone stranded on Mars. Matt Damon got left behind? A team of astronauts is on Mars doing some experiments when a storm hits the camp and they decide to leave because it's too dangerous to stay. If you played games online with other people then you've probably gotten some hateful messages, especially in certain games it seems to be very popular to let other people know in a short message how you feel about them. I personally don't believe in being such a douchebag but if I receive a dumb message then they can get a dumb reply. But that doesn't really fix the problem... Why do people send hateful messages? Because a lot of people are sad sacks of shit? Well that's at least how I see it, especially when it's over something stupid as who won the match or who had the most kills. Does it really matter? Something I find really dumb about people that type these messages to you is that the entire match they couldn't be bothered to say one word or work together as a team but after the match they find the time to type this hateful message. Before I start talking about what's wrong with Nintendo I would like to say that I started playing games on the NES, I have actually a lot of good memories of Nintendo games and some of these games I still consider as some of the best games. But unfortunately things change, what was once good doesn't stay good forever and eventually you move on. Nintendo only has three titles that are popular? Well Nintendo probably has more than three but if you mean to say that they often don't have the same popular titles as the Xbox One and Playstation 4 then you're right. Is that a bad thing? As you probably know YouTube isn't happy about certain things, for example nudity and sex are two things you better not have in your video or you can find yourself in a lot of trouble. But also songs can be a dangerous thing to have, because copyright can be a bitch and even if it's something very faint in the background it can ruin everything! So whenever you make a video you have to ask yourself this question... Is it too hot for YouTube? I keep my videos very simple, so no intro or outro and no songs at all. I tried adding some songs at one point, I still believe that these songs were free and shouldn't be causing problems but already in the first video I made it caused a lot of troubles. It's nice when you can share a hobby with a friend, but what if that hobby ruins the friendship? Does that make you regret ever playing games in the first play or does that actually say something about your friendship with that other person? This might not be a problem for everyone but I've had some experiences with bad friends and games that can turn even a good friendship into a bitter rivalry! Good games, bad friends or vice versa? The first games I started to play with friends are the type of games you play in splitscreen (Goldeneye 64, Super Mario Kart) or where you take turns (Super Mario World). This might sometimes cause some friction but because you're sitting next to eachother on the couch we usually kept things friendly. Online gaming changed a lot for me, because now your 'friends' would feel comfortable calling you an idiot or start yelling at you when you screw them over in a game...

Several months ago we got something new on Xboxlive, clubs. Ok so far that doesn't sound interesting but this is a way for you to meet other people that play the same games as you and you can team up. Now this does sound interesting, but I can't help but wonder how well this system works. Do people actually team up with other people or are they just a member of a club and still end up having no one to team up with? Too many clubs? There are a lot of clubs, but too many? What is too many? If with too many you mean that there are more clubs then there are achievements in most games then you're probably right. When I look at a popular game like Overwatch I don't think we need a hundred clubs for this game, but looking at the most popular clubs I can see how some people hesitate to join a club that has thousands of members. Have you played Overwatch ranked mode recently? Maybe you can then tell me what the fuck happened here because it doesn't make sense to me. About every little bit of bullshit and unfair load of crap seems to happen to me and I think I can go for the record with not winning one match in my placement matches. That probably gets you a bronze rank, eventhough with such a performance you shouldn't even get a rank because it's really that bad! What's wrong with ranked mode? I heard a lot of good things about this movie so I couldn't just resist checking this movie out and I must admit that the movie didn't disappoint. But it wasn't just a darker Wolverine movie, it was also quite an emotional and tragic movie. It pretty much shows the other side or should I say what happens after the story is over, which isn't really that great. The movie on the other hand is pretty good, I absolutely enjoyed watching it! Logan is old? One of the things you'll notice pretty quick is that Logan isn't really himself, he's old and in pain. Somehow his healing factor isn't really working that well anymore and it becomes more clear in the movie that fights aren't without consequences. There was a time that you just said that someone is an asshole, scumbag, motherfucker or whatever the hell you could come up with in that moment of frustration or even anger. But now the standard answer to whatever someone says or does seems to be kys. You've probably heard by now that Project Scorpio is coming, if I'm not mistaken at the end of 2017. That's pretty close and in my opinion it's too early. I have my Xbox One now for about two and a half years and here comes the next console already. I don't know about you but I think that's too early! So this raises the question for me, do you really need/want Project Scorpio? Project Scorpio is a pimped Xbox One? I don't think you would give the new console enough credit if this is how you describe it. When you record a video there are several things you have to keep in mind, not just what you do but also what you say. If you hardly do anything in the video and just talk then you better have an interesting story because watching someone talk for ten minutes can be boring, to say the least. But something else that can truly ruin a video is... Frustration! I get easily frustrated in games, for example dying to the same boss several times or not getting past a certain part in a level is often enough to frustrate me. Things get even worse in multiplayer, when a guy keeps killing you without any effort or people keep rage quitting and you end up losing because of it. This all builds up frustration and when you're recording that is probably not something you want to post on YouTube. Some people, including myself, do post videos with frustration which is something that is honest. I think we all have these moments where you go from one bad team to another, it's really rought dealing with that when all you want is to just play the game and have a good time. If you have friends to play with then this is less of an issue, but if you're a solo queue player then you sometimes have to go through a lot of frustration! Why are people being so difficult? Something that really surprises me is how some people can be so difficult, I mean why would you deliberately play as certain characters or use weapons that aren't useful on that map? What also sucks are people that always play with a sniper rifle and they can't hit anyone with them. Then there are people that only use their knife and end up dying twenty times, if not more, just to add a couple of kills to their knife montage that probably no one will watch on YouTube. Some time ago I told you about how I feel about Overwatch, I needed a break from Overwatch and I needed one desperately. But now there is another event and I have to admit it looks pretty good! Not only do you get another PvE event, but also a lot of new cool things that I would love to get for my characters! I mean just look at the Blackwatch skins of McCree and Genji or the Talon skin for Widowmaker, absolutely worth checking out! What is Overwatch Uprising? Overwatch Uprising is an event that takes you back to something that happened in Kings Row 7 years ago. The omnics attacked Kings Row and Overwatch sends a small team to deal with it, but they haven't gotten permission from the authorities to be there. You play in this PvE mode as one of four heroes or you can pick the alternate mode and play as whatever hero you want. I would strongly suggest that you first play with one of the four original heroes for the Uprising event. These four heroes are Reinhardt, Torbjörn, Mercy ...

I don't think there are a lot of people that like bugs and glitches in their game. Sure Goat simulator gives you a lot of fun with that but in your standard game you don't want that. But it seems that some games are punished harder for that than others. Is that fair and why does that happen? Let's find out! Why do gamers accept certain games eventhough they're full of bugs/glitches? It's weird but speaking from experience I can say that certain games are just so popular and have so many fans that they play the game anyway. Mass Effect Andromeda is a good example of that, because eventhough the game has a lot of bugs and glitches (the patch has fixed a lot of thing but not everything) it still sold a lot of copies and a lot of fans are happy with the game. Do you remember the Teen Titans? I mean before Teen Titans Go showed up? Now that was fun, seriously a good cartoon that was so much fun to watch. Then there was the trouble in Tokyo animated movie but after that silence. Last year we finally got some more Teen Titans action in the Justice League vs the Teen Titans. This was a step in the right direction, ok things aren't as good as they were in the cartoon series, and made me hope for more and we got more. Now we have Teen Titans: the Judas contract. The Teen Titans are back? Well yes and no, sure the Teen Titans are back but I must admit that I still prefer the Teen Titans cartoon from 2003. I think we all start as a nice person, we just want to have fun and play games. But somewhere on the way we change, maybe because of things that happened to you offline or things that happened to you online. The fact remains that some people turn into scumbags! What makes you turn into a scumbag? Speaking from my own personal experience it would be when someone else is being a scumbag to me, it feels only natural to return the favour by treating this person the same way as he or she has been treating you. But this is already where it becomes a problem, because once you start being a scumbag, even if it's just to get back to someone else, you pretty much spread this bad behaviour. Some time ago I talked about all the issues I had with Mass Effect Andromeda, even with all that I still enjoyed playing the game. But now there's a patch and this is supposed to fix most of the issues, but did it fix the issues and have you had any more issues with the game? The patch works? I don't get too excited when people tell me that there is a patch for a game, I'd rather first see it and then believe it. But the patch for Mass Effect Andromeda seems to work, what's even better is that I have had a lot less problems with the game. I mean there are still a few tiny bugs and glitches but nothing as frustrating as before. The faces look a bit better, so no botox faces but actually faces that have emotions on them. Also cutscenes that sometimes would get stuck seem to be free of that curse, at least so far I haven't had any issues with that. I also haven't had any endless loading screens or characters getting stuck on something, both of those issues made...

A lot of videos you find on YouTube are in English, which makes sense because a lot of people speak and understand English. But does that mean you have to speak English? No, because there are several succesful YouTubers out there that speak in their native language (which isn't English) and still have succes with their videos. Just keep in mind that if you speak a language that is not well known around the world, for example Dutch or Danish, then you reach a lot less people if you speak one of these languages in your videos. But in the end it's your choice, you do what you want and if speaking in your native language makes you happy and it just works out better for you then by all means feel free to stick with that! If you like super heroes and super villains then you live in the right time! As a kid I saw some of that but it was never as strongly present as it is now! I mean there are comics, cartoons, animation movies and series, games, action figures and of course the big Hollywood movies. DC and Marvel battle it out in almost all of these examples and the fans seem to battle it out in the comment section. It really makes me wonder if the war will ever end and that we can just all enjoy all they have to show us. One isn't better than the other? As much as I want to believe that it is true that sometimes one is a bit better than the other, which is fine because they pretty much balance eachother out. Last year I played W2K16 because you could get it for free on Xboxlive if you're a gold member, I had a lot of fun with that game and I seriously thought about buying W2K17. But I decided not to do it because there were so many games coming out I wanted to buy that I thought it would be smarter to save my money for that.
