Youtube adventures part 9

Before you even start with your youtube channel you might have to figure out what kind of videos you want to make, even if you figure that out then it's still the trick of making these videos. The one thing you might want to avoid is to become too repetitive, that sucks out the fun and makes videos difficult to watch. That's not fun for you nor the viewer. So sooner or later you have to figure out what you want to do with your youtube channel, stick to what you're familiar with or do things that you like.

Videos from the mind or from the heart.

I sometimes I have moments that I come up with idea, these ideas are often not worked out and just stay idea but then there are examples where I did actually made videos of an idea I had. For example my science on Saturday videos are videos I thought about, something that I had fun with making and I would sometimes even bring friends along. It's where my creativity meets my passion and it would sometimes lead to some fun videos. Ok I'm not saying it's all great, but in some of those videos you can see (mostly hear though) that I'm having a lot of fun which is hopefully also fun to watch for the viewer.

Eventhough it was a video I thought about and worked out in my mind, it still came from the heart when I made it. When there's fun and excitement in the video then that's my passion for games you see, you can also see that in some of my rage videos but usually that's not the side you want to show others. It's with these type of videos that I'm probably the most honest with you, pure emotion in both the positive and negative way. Some people love this, others might hate it. But when I upload a video then there's a message I'm sharing, in videos from the heart that's a loud and active message. When I have fun I want to make others smile and hope that they're also have fun watching the video, but in a video that comes from the mind it's more about thinking about the things I said and hopefully that gets you to think more about the subject or bring up some interesting memories or thoughts.

I like to make videos from the mind every now and then, for example my Sunday with a sinner videos are videos where I talk about random things that come to my mind. It could be about something as simple as talking about how you started with playing games, but it sometimes goes pretty deep talking about love, fear and sharing thoughts. I think there are also people that are interested in this, maybe not specifically from me but perhaps there are other youtubers out there that you like to listen to and talk with. This might not be as entertaining as seeing them play a game, but I like to combine the two a bit where I play a game while talking about a certain subject.

Making videos is fun, not just videos you make with your passion but also the ones you make to start a conversation or that let you think about what you just talked about. It's easy to just upload some footage and then be done with it or you can put something personal in the video and make it your own. I think that separates people that just upload videos from people that are actually having fun doing what they do on youtube.
