Now we wait for GTA VI?
After the huge succes, well it still is a huge succes, of GTA V you can assume that there will be a GTA VI and that this will be even bigger and better than GTA V. But does that mean you should stop playing GTA V? No! Because GTA V has gotten and probably will get a lot of updates and the best thing is that most of those are free! So it seems we've not seen the last of GTA V!
GTA V lives on?
Absolutely, more than 50 million copies have been sold and that makes it one of the most popular games ever! That's quite impressive for a game that's been released, first, in 2013 and is a mature (18+) game. But releasing it once more on the new consoles and later also on PC definitely helped, this means almost anyone with a computer and/or console can play it and that's exactly what a lot of people have done. Thanks to the vast amount of dlc, creative gamers that add new stuff every day and the online fun you can have with your friends and/or strangers makes it a very popular game.
What does the succes of GTA V mean for GTA VI?
At this point that would be pure speculation but if you don't mind that then I won't mind sharing some ideas. For example a story mode where you can play with a friend or maybe multiple friends, perhaps also more customization for your character giving each person his or her own personalized character. Of course we can expect multiplayer but probably now even bigger and more diverse, perhaps some tropical stuff in one corner and snow and mountains in the other. You might be able to travel between places with a plane or boat, so go from one big city to another. Maybe you can create your own base for your crew, which gives your crew a spot where they can hang out and do some fun activities. It's safe to assume that they'll stick to realism, so no Saints Row 3 or 4 changes in the GTA series! But with mods you get those type of effects anyway so it's not like you won't see flying characters or stuff like that.
When can we expect GTA VI?
Ah you can't wait for GTA VI? That makes sense, but I think you'll have to wait several years for that. GTA IV came out in 2008 and GTA V came out in 2013, so you can assume that there will be at least 4 or 5 years between GTA V and GTA VI. At least that makes sense to me, but maybe Rockstar can surprise us. But we're already halfway in 2015 so it's not that far away anymore! I guess we'll just have to be patient and wait a bit longer, in the meantime we can just play some more GTA V and enjoy that for as long as we can!
