Resident Evil 4, 5 and 6 on the Xbox One and Playstation 4?
Does this really surprise you? After seeing Resident Evil and Resident Evil Zero getting a paintjob and being released on the current consoles it was only a matter of time that some of the other Resident Evil games would appear as well on the current consoles. But how do you feel about that? Do you even like Resident Evil 5 and 6? I know a lot of people love Resident Evil 4 but there aren't a lot of people that actually like Resident Evil 5 and 6, but maybe there are still people intersted in playing these games.
Are people really interested in these games?
I think there are people that are interested in these games, especially Resident Evil 4 but it wouldn't surprise me if there are people also interested in getting Resident Evil 5 and 6. I know that I am interested in getting these games, especially Resident Evil 5 because I really like the Chris and Wesker parts in that game and of course the mercenaries mode which is a lot of fun, especially if you play it with a friend. If these games also keep their splitscreen modes then that means you can play some Resident Evil with a friend, In RE 5 and 6, on your couch instead of playing online. I doubt that people will be as excited about these games as the Resident Evil remake but it's still a smart move from Capcom. A lot of Resident Evil fans just want to have all the Resident Evil games and play them all, plus you can get some sweet extra achievements/trophies if you get these games. So it's not such a bad deal!
When can you get these games?
This part is a bit tricky, because they don't launch all at once in a bundle but all three separately. Which means that you can get Resident Evil 6 in March, Resident Evil 5 in Summer and Resident Evil 4 in Fall 2016. So you'll need some patience to play all of these games and it's a bit weird that they release these games backwards, but I guess they save the best for last. Maybe at the end of the year you could buy them all in a bundle, which might be cheaper, but that means you'll have to wait even longer and let's be honest you probably want to play these games as soon as possible!
