Final Fantasy X and X-2 for the PS 4?

I'm not often envious of PS 4 owners but this time it's something I would've liked to see on the Xbox One as well, Final Fantasy X. Of course there's also Final Fantasy X-2 but I'm not really interested in that one, but for the fans this is great news! You get to play as Tidus and in FF X-2 as Yuna again but now on your PS 4. This remastered edition will have smoother graphics and probably also sound better, it still amazes me how they make a good game even better.


Are people interested in FF X and X-2?


I think it's safe to say yes, because a lot of people haven't been happy with the latest couple of Final Fantasy games. Final Fantasy XIII was ok but still nothing close to the legends from the past like FF VII, VIII and X. Well maybe that's just my opinion and the rest of the world thinks differently, it wouldn't surprise me but I'm pretty certain that there are more people out there that feel the same way about Final Fantasy games. Anyway Final Fantasy X and X-2 have still a lot of fans and maybe there are even new players out there that want to check these games out which I can definitely recommend!


Why not a remake of some of the FF games?


This is probably one of the things the fans are asking for the most, with FF VII being the most popular among the fans it's not a surprise that they would love to see a remake of that game. If Capcom can do it with Resident Evil then why is Square Enix doing nothing? I guess they´re too busy with the next Final Fantasy game and I don´t blame them, why go backwards when you can move forward? As long as there are new games to be made then I'd be the last to say that they have to remake games, but that doesn't take away the fun I had with those games from my past. Well maybe one day there will be a remake of a Final Fantasy game, hopefully a good one!

Button bashing

It seems that more and more games want you to smash on the buttons of the controller, which seems like fun but knowing that this weak piece of plastic can´t handle much it´s not the smartest way to handle your controller. In the good old arcade days I could smash on buttons, ok nothing too crazy but at least those machines had a lot more resilience than these weak controllers we have now. You have to pay a small fortune for one of them and they fall apart with the slightest bit of force you use. After smashing a couple of controllers out of frustration I learned to be careful with them, but when games force you to be an agressive button basher it doesn´t really help. Button bashing is nothing new but I do seem to see it in more and more games, even games that could easily do without this abusive way of treating your controller. Movie Monday: Mr & Mrs Smith

There are movie that might not look good at first, when you hear about it, but once you see the movie then you know that it's a fantastic movie. What really made Mr & Mrs Smith so good was the acting of the two main stars in the movie, Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie. They had so much fun making this movie that it's an absolute joy to watch the movie. Which is good news for people that are looking for a fun movie to watch! Married to a spy? The story of Mr & Mrs Smith is pretty simple, a man is a spy and marries to a woman not knowing that she's a spy too. Apparently both of them are unaware of eachothers activities until their paths cross in their spy life, which leads to a lot of fighting and explosions. It's really not the action that makes this movie so much fun to watch but it's the humour. Sinful Sunday: Why are you so serious?

When I play a game I don't want to be serious, I just want to have fun and relax. Honestly real life is serious enough and I don't need that in games. Who cares who wins or who loses, just have fun and that already makes it great! Unfortunately there are gamers that take certain games way too serious, so serious that they literally forget to have fun which is quite frustrating to deal with. These kind of players are so serious that they probably left the fun behind when they started the game. Sigh... Serious gamers are lame gamers? There is nothing wrong about being serious, but I think there is a time and a place for everything.
