Xbox One slim edition?

The Xbox One hasn´t even launched in half the world and I already hear people talking about a slim edition for the Xbox One. It wouldn´t be that crazy, since the Xbox One is huge and has some empty space inside when you open it up. So it´s not that crazy that they would make a slim edition of the Xbox One, it´s just a surprise that it would be that quickly. Or is this just a rumour?


The pictures that appeared of the Xbox One slim edition are fake, someone made those and that person also mentions that in the bottom left corner of the picture. But the idea of the Xbox One slim edition isn´t that weird, I mean the Xbox 360 has one so it´s just a matter of time that the Xbox One will also get one. But I doubt it will be that quickly, because when you think about it the Xbox 360 slim edition appeared five years after the lauch of the Xbox 360.


So it´s safe for me to buy the Xbox One on the fifth of September? I think so, because I seriously doubt that the slim edition will be appearing any time soon. Of course you can wait a couple of years but is that what you really want to do? I mean people that want the Xbox One in the countries that finally see it launch on the fifth of September have probably waited long enough, so to wait even longer for the Xbox One slim edition just seems a bit foolish. Because Microsoft hasn´t made any announcements about this and even if they will make one (which is probably just a matter of time) then that will probably take a couple of years. So even if you try to save some money, I doubt that it will be worth the wait and missing out on the latest games. So if you´re planning to buy the Xbox One then you should probably just do that. Why wait longer for something that might take even more years before it´s available?

Button bashing

It seems that more and more games want you to smash on the buttons of the controller, which seems like fun but knowing that this weak piece of plastic can´t handle much it´s not the smartest way to handle your controller. In the good old arcade days I could smash on buttons, ok nothing too crazy but at least those machines had a lot more resilience than these weak controllers we have now. You have to pay a small fortune for one of them and they fall apart with the slightest bit of force you use. After smashing a couple of controllers out of frustration I learned to be careful with them, but when games force you to be an agressive button basher it doesn´t really help. Button bashing is nothing new but I do seem to see it in more and more games, even games that could easily do without this abusive way of treating your controller. Movie Monday: Mr & Mrs Smith

There are movie that might not look good at first, when you hear about it, but once you see the movie then you know that it's a fantastic movie. What really made Mr & Mrs Smith so good was the acting of the two main stars in the movie, Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie. They had so much fun making this movie that it's an absolute joy to watch the movie. Which is good news for people that are looking for a fun movie to watch! Married to a spy? The story of Mr & Mrs Smith is pretty simple, a man is a spy and marries to a woman not knowing that she's a spy too. Apparently both of them are unaware of eachothers activities until their paths cross in their spy life, which leads to a lot of fighting and explosions. It's really not the action that makes this movie so much fun to watch but it's the humour. Sinful Sunday: Why are you so serious?

When I play a game I don't want to be serious, I just want to have fun and relax. Honestly real life is serious enough and I don't need that in games. Who cares who wins or who loses, just have fun and that already makes it great! Unfortunately there are gamers that take certain games way too serious, so serious that they literally forget to have fun which is quite frustrating to deal with. These kind of players are so serious that they probably left the fun behind when they started the game. Sigh... Serious gamers are lame gamers?
