Shot blockers in games
Have you ever had to wait for the bus, let's say you stand there for 15 minutes, and then when it's just a couple of minutes before the bus shows up some douchebag decided to show up and stand right in front of you. This guy or girl thinks it ok to stand in front of the line showing up last, because that's what a douchebag does. It probably doesn't surprise you that these type of people also play games, where you are shooting an enemy and this dipshit decides to stand right in front of you and then shoots at the enemy as well. I don't think I have to explain how frustrating that is.
An accident or on purpose?
That's not always clear, some people didn't intend on blocking your shots but then again there are assholes out there that do it on purpose and don't give a shit about anything. I guess it's easy to assume that this person is an asshole and does it on purpose, but it's difficult to say if it happens quickly. I mean we probably all blocked a shot at some time in a game, I think most times that's just an accident. Unfortunately some people think it's funny to be a douchebag in games, trying to annoy other players as much as they can and these are the ones you have to look out for because they'll try to piss you off with their sad behaviour.
So what do you do?
Well you could try to shoot the shit out of them but if you can kill eachother in the game he wouldn't be blocking your shots but shooting you, so that's often not a possibility and it's just a waste of time. Trying to be the better man or woman doesn't help either, because if you move that person will move with you and keep doing that until you leave or that person gets bored of annoying you. I'd say it's probably better to just report this person, not the most satisfying thing to do but hopefully that will make a difference as in not meeting this person again online and/or this person getting kicked out of the game. Unfortunately there are no guarantees and I doubt people get kicked out of games for blocking shots, apparently it's ok to be a douchebag online. You could always try to ignore but how much can you take from one of these losers before you get frustrated? I'd say it's better to move on, maybe there is something else you can do and if you don't play the game of the douchebag he or she will have to move on to find someone else to annoy.
What's so funny about blocking shots?
It's usually the response they're waiting for, you see some people think it's funny to annoy other people online. Why? Because they can. Most of these people are sad, no real hobbies or just wasting time on that while they could just play the game or do something else. But if you choose to be a douchebag online then that says a lot about you, probably more than they would want you to know. So instead of getting mad at these people you should feel sorry for them, I mean spending your spare time acting like a douchebag online against random strangers is sad and it's not worth wasting your time on that. Hell typing about this was probably already a waste of time and you reading it is even a bigger waste of time, so let's just play games and have fun playing the game and not being a douchebag!
